He is quite a pugilist and has been a member of the Reliance Club. Has been a soldier in the Phillipine Islands. Is very well educated, speaking Spanish, French and English. He is the party who was arrested last year in Los Angeles for running away with Miss Estelle Cunningham, an Oakland girl. If located, arrest and hold, wiring Detective John N. Thacker care of Wells Fargo, Reno.
