Depositions of all witnesses heard at Coroner's Inquests on the bodies of James A. Petray, Miles M. Jackson, Lester Henry Dorman, Terrance Fitts, George Boyd and Charles Valento. James A. Petray, Miles M. Jackson, and Lester Henry Dorman, came to their deaths on December 5th, 1920, by gun shot wounds in the head and body at the hands of George Boyd, who used the revolver belonging to Terrance Fitts and used cartridges furnished by Charles Valento, both of whom were George Boyd's accomplices. Terrance Fitts, George Boyd and Charles Valento subsequently came to their deaths on Dec. 10th, 1920 by being hung from the neck by a lynching crowd of unknown persons who stormed the county jail, overpowering the peace officers, and forcibly removing them for that purpose. The inquests exonerated the Sherriff and his deputies from any blame in connection with the lynching. CONTENTS: Inquisition papers on the body of Miles M.
