A companion to the study of the ferns St. Cloud, Florida, 1930; Marvel Cave, Missouri, 1935 Manuscript comprises title-page; 60 leaves of text in pen and ink (some with marginal drawings in pen and ink), all on stationery with S. Fred Prince’s name, measuring 11 ⅛ x 9 ⅛ inches, between two boards with gold ink and bodycolor decorations; all loosely inserted in a half vellum and marbled paper slip-case. Spine height: 12 inches. A Xerox of 10 leaves of manuscript “written 1926,” discussing various ferns that grow around Marvel Cave is also inserted. Original held by the Oak Spring Garden Foundation, Upperville, Virginia. This resource is in the public domain and may be used without restriction, however, attribution is customary and requested.
