The New Sunnyside Cook Book, compiled by the Woman's Club. Dated very approximately 1920. I did some quick research on the companies from the advertisements, and wasn't able to date it from any of those, but I didn't see any recipes that specify a temperature, the oven advertised isn't electric, and in general this appears to be from before electrification. There are also no phone numbers in the ads. Book is 6" wide by 8-1/2" tall.
