Histoire - en arabe " syro- libanais" - de personnages célèbres de patriarches et de médecins chrétiens du Moyen-Orient. L'introduction indique que le texte a été terminé en 1840 de l’ère chrétienne. Selon la table des matières au f.2, le texte est divisé en 47 chapitres. Le dernier est consacré aux Druzes. Un appendice à la fin du texte explique le choix de rédaction de chaque chapitre. Copie achevée par le curé أنطون جمال (Anṭūn Ǧamāl) prédicateur au Caire . Incipit : بسم الله ...يقول كاتب هذا الناريخ انني بجهد كلي حتى جمعت ما حررته على وجه الصحة حيث أن المؤرخين كل منهم كاتب أشكالا منهم من يخفف المتوقع ومنهم من يبالغ بالشرح حتى يؤل الأمر لعدم التصديق . Explicit : ولكن في زماننا المترجح أن جوهر مذهب الدروز متعلق بالحاكم بأمره ...يعبدوا أصنام خفية والله أعلم واذ كنا انتهينا من تاريخنا هذا الكتاب على قدر الامكان فرغبنا أن نوضح بعض شيء الذي الذي احوجنا لايضاح ما كتبناه ...وعسى ينظر ان في مازية؟ بما تعبنا به من الكتابة والفحص .
