Handwritten music in single volume, hardbound, on preprinted notation paper. Includes popular songs with keyboard accompaniment and instrumental keyboard music. The songs begin on one side, and the keyboard music begins flipped on the other side, tête-bêche. Inscribed "Miss Harriet Rose, November 1, 1814." a few pages in. Legible and partially legible song titles include: Sweetly in Life’s Jocund Morning Several pages of scale exercises Song - Drink to me only with thine eyes Julia, to the Wood Robin Of Health and Ambition - a favorite song The Request The Reply - a sequel to the justly admired Ballad of the Request - written and composed by John Parry; revised, and a little addition suggested by G: Green, as requested by the Author in London in the year 1811.
