Shalosh Megillot (שלש מגלות) or Three Scrolls , first edition (Jerusalem: Luntz, 1911 [תרע״א]). The “three scrolls” are three short biblical books—namely Song of Songs , Ruth , and Ecclesiastes —which are traditionally read on the three pilgrimage festivals ( Pesaḥ , Shavu‘ot , and Sukkot ). Each book appears in vocalized Hebrew, surrounded by Aramaic Targum with Tiberian vocalization. Below them are the Tafsir by Sa‘adia Ga’on in Judeo-Arabic and the commentary of Rashi in Hebrew. A short “explanation of difficult words in the Targum” by Rabbi Yiḥyah Salaḥ (מהרי״ץ) is appended to Song of Songs and Ecclesiastes.
