Cambridge psychologist, Bartlett took power shortly after the Communist Revolution in Russia, which shook the imperial world. Work began shortly thereafter to balance the scales, and National Socialism was born, with the publication of "Dion Fortune's" Psychic Self-Defense, in 1930.
