It includes the parent's name and their occupation. It also shows the nationality of the father and mother. It lists the different subjects taken for each of eight years, and the average percentage achieved in each. It It was donated by Margaret Moore. NOTE: The physical item can be found at the Buffalo Historical Museum at 409 3rd St. in Buffalo, IA.
