Description

The Outlook Club Cook Book

Author: The Outlook Club

Year: 1911

The "Outlook Club" was women's group associated with the First Congregational Church at Black Point, Scarborough. In 1910, they worked to create the Civil War Monument on the land then known as "The Village Green," which had once been the site of the Second Parish Church. The monument was dedicated on June 21, 1913, in what is now known as Dunstan. The Club created this Cook Book as part of its fund-raising activities. The date of the cookbook is unknown, but is likely circa 1911.
