This is a scant almanac—apparently only really a list of municipalities with 1000 or more residents—peppered with numerous advertisements and testimonials for the publisher's medicines. The central two-page spread has been scanned as a single page, which will disrupt viewing if read 2-up. The cover leaves are particularly age-toned, making them very dark, and that might affect OCR badly. Scanned at 600dpi, 24-bit color, algorithmically deskewed and then manually cropped.
