An important work, Bartlett relies on his foundations toward his Memory Schema theories, which are instrumental in post-hypnotic instruction & goal directed behavior. Also useful for concealing information from interrogators; using stimulus stimulus-pairing, in a fashion similar to linked-lists used in computing, information can be concealed within the mind, even from all but the Hidden Observer. AJH Gaite, cited by McCandless engaged in similar research.
