A scrapbook of Princeton history that includes the original documents given to Penne Miller by the Paul B. Dennis and his family. They include deeds and contracts for the purchase of land and the building of the Old Stone School in 1866, located at the corner of 3rd and Clay streets in Princeton. It was used as a school until January 1967, when the students moved into the new Virgil Grissom Elementary. The Old Stone School is still standing but is now a private home. Also included in this scrapbook is the list of property owners in School District No. 6 in 1860. There are several Teacher General Registers from the 1860s and 1870s that include the teacher's name, student's name, age, attendance record and branches of study. Also included is a list of veterans buried in Oak Ridge Cemetery that lists name, lot, block and page number. There is also an admission ticket to an 1892 "First Annual Ball of the Princeton Veterans and Sons of Veterans Association". There is a copy of the pages of From Out of the Past , the 1976 version.
