This is (we think) the second printing of Prayers of Israel with an English Translation, as published by S.B. Gusdorfer (and printed by J. Sommer) in Fürth, Bavaria. Later editions, without some of the translation included here, were published by L. Henry Frank. According to Jonathan Sarna, the first edition, published in 1848, was also prepared by Frank.
