Murphy Sr.; originally an office building, it now houses retail stores and services; the building should not to be confused with the better known 47-story Greater Penobscot Building located at 645 Griswold Street; addressed to Mr. Peter Tousignant, from Lizzie Tousignant; became part of the Penobscot Block.
