About this book
[Note about pig sale profits]
Year: 1900
A handwritten note from Roy Keppy to his son Glen about the price Roy received for selling a number of his pigs on one particular day. It is written on paper from a "Farm Bureau Insurance Services" notepad. The note shows that Roy was paid a total of $4,905.00. It ends with, "Sold in one day, now what do you think of Yorke Glen. Dad" "Yorke" is probably referring to the breed "American Yorkshire".
