Monroe Machine Service Bulletin No. 40, describing the mechanism, disassembly and reassembly of the K models 1AA and 2AA of mechanical calculator. Note that there is a parts list of 9 pages referenced in the cover letter. The subsequent MSB 40E-prime contained an updated parts list, and specified that the parts list in this MSB be destroyed, and so those pages no longer exist in this MSB. Note that MSB 40E-prime is not the same as MSB 40E. There were actually two MSB's published under number 40E. MSB 40E-prime is the later one. This copy was scanned from a set of documents originally kept at the Toledo, Ohio branch of the Monroe Calculating Machine Company.
