Printed ketubah form with manuscript standard ketubah text in black ink in Aramaic in Sephardic semi-cursive script. Decorative border and columns, crowns above columns, and wood-block engravings of the Western Wall, Rachel's Tomb, and Tomb of Rabbi Meir Baal Haness. Verses from Scripture in block Hebrew print surrounding the ketubah text: abridged verse from Ruth (4:11) and abridged verses from Jeremiah (33:10 and 15:9) at the top; verses from Proverbs 31 (abridged verse 10; verses 29-30) inside left and right borders; verse from Proverbs (18:22) in right column and abridged verse from Ecclesiastes (9:9) in left column.
