Booth, wife of James Curtis Booth (1810-1888), that the bill for her relief is now pending and Acting Chairman of the Senate Committee on Finance, Senator Harris, will expedite its consideration. James Curtis Booth (1810-1888) was Melter & Refiner at the United States Mint in Philadelphia. The James Booth papers are held by the Science History Institute in Philadelphia.
