Someone read "twenty-five" for "seventy-five." James Curtis Booth (1810-1888) was Melter & Refiner at the United States Mint in Philadelphia. The James Booth papers are held by the Science History Institute in Philadelphia. Newman Numismatic Portal sponsored the digitization of the numismatic portions of this material in 2021.
