About this book
Kodacolor Instruction Booklet (1930)
Author: Eastman Kodak Company
Year: 1930
This is an instruction guide for the Kodacolor lenticular home movie color process. The Kodacolor color home movie system was introduced in 1928 by Eastman Kodak for their Cine Kodak Model B 16mm camera with the f1.9 detachable lens. All you needed was the Kodacolor filter for the lens and the special lenticular film stock and you were ready to make your own color home movies. A filter on the Kodascope projector was needed to project in color. Without it the picture would be black and white. See my other uploads for more early Kodak home movie texts. All have been gently retouched and carefully descreened where needed to make them easy on the eyes.
