Old photo album with dark brown covers and interior cardboard pages, size 8"x 11.5" and 2.5" thick. The front cover shows great wearing with discoloration in many places. The remnants of some tape from an old attempt to hold the album together along the spine are also visible. Decoration on the front cover includes the word "Album" diagonally across the center, and a picture of an owl in the top left corner, and a sailboat in the bottom right corner. The back cover is brown and without decoration, with spots of wearing. Front and back covers, as well as many of the interior pages, are very loose and falling out. Several of the paper frames inside are also torn or the paper discolored. There were several loose items that were inside the album that have been placed at the back of the album here. **There is an excellent index at the back of this item that gives information about each photo, i.e. location and name of photo studio, and sometimes name of person if known.
