Chapter 2 Persons Subject to Indian Military Law, page 4 states "The title and preamble of the Act clearly show that it only applies to Indian officers, soldiers, and others in His Majesty's Indian Forces. European and Eurasian officers, warrant officers and non-commissioned officers serving in regiments or departments of the Indian Army are subject to the British Army Act, with the modifications specified in that Act."
