Insertion 05 was found with page 019. Insertion 06 and 07 were found with page 027. Insertion 08 and 09 were found with page 051. Insertion 10 was found with page 059. Insertion 11 was found with page 071. Insertion 12 was found with page 077. Insertion 13 was found in the back cover. Insertion 14 and 15 were found with page 050.
