A NUMBER of opium cases were to-day brou befor Capt Hastings and fines ranging $40 to $15 were inflicted. HIS Excellency the Governor has been plea to appoint Subadar Major Teroz Khan. SERGT Langley, of Hongham, presented 13 gamblers to the Magistrate to-day.
