Gibb, Livingaton & Co.) inform us that hte steamship Mandarin, from New York, left Singapore yesterday for this port. THE Canadian Pacific Railwlay Co.'s royal malt steamer Empress of China, from Hongkong, arrived at Vancouver at 6 p.m. on Monday last. A HUNDRED YEARS HENCE. IN BANKRYPTCY.
