THE Ocean Steamship Co.'s steamer Hector, from Liverpool, left Singapore for Hongkong this morning. A REGULAR meeting of St. John Lodge No. 618. S.C., will be held in Freemasons' Hall. Zetland street. WE understand that a circular has been issued to all the Government servants to the effect that if they are known to gamble or even to go to Kowloon City.
