THE SILVER MARKET. THE Foochow Echo reports another rise in the price of rice, which is now dearer by some eighty cents a picul. THERE was a fair "house" at the Theatre last night, when Miss Plaited's Comany gave a very miscellaneous concert. THE Superintendent of the P. & O. S. N. Co. informs us that the Company's steamer Venetia left Singapore for this port at 1 p.m. today. THE Stanley Shockings attempted to play "The Bells" at Yokohama, with Mr. Fletcher as Mathias.
