A destructive cyclone swept over Nebraska yesterday, carrying destruction throughout the whole district. It is stated in this morning's papers that Sir Robert Morier bears important despatches from St. Petersburg to London. Count Kalnoky, Minister for Foreign Affairs, speaking in the Austrian Reichsrath to-day. The St. Peterburg police connect numerous suicides which have occurred during the past. Sir Richard Temple this evening in the House of Commons presented several further petitions.
