SAMOA. THE SUGAR CONVENTION. WE hear the Hongkong, Canton and Macao Seamboat Company's steamer Honam will leave on an excursion trip to Macao on Sunday next. A TWO-STORIEO house in a narrow lane near the Man On Insurance Office collapsed last night.
