The only complete flora (as of Dec-2022) of trees in the Andaman Islands. Since Parkinson was a forester, he focuses on large trees of commercial value - not the best book for small trees. However, the key and descriptions are accurate, and the site- information is fantastic. This copy has been annotated with local Ranchi (and some Bangla) names (in Devanagiri) from the Baratang/Kadamtala region used in 2017-18. As of Dec-2022, a complete checklist is of Andaman Flora is available, and Botanical Survey of India has a Flora of Nicobar (checklist + description) and an incomplete flora of the Andaman Islands.
