The 1926 edition of the Henry Heide, Inc. volume Fancy Cake Baking , with several pages of color plates throughout. Included is a hand-typed recipe page found tucked into the volume when purchased/found. The Heide Candy Company company was originally (and is now) known as a candy company, but apparently sold a number of sweet ingredients useful in baking, such as marshmallow and almond paste, which are heavily featured in these recipes. Scanned at 600dpi, 24-bit color, then algorithmically deskewed and manually cropped to a consistent page size throughout. This copy has quite a bit of cooking stain in the margins, which may affect the OCR quality.
