Scrapbook of Evelyn Kate Aronson, 21 January 1878 - 23 September 1959. Evelyn entered into the Girls' High School on 1 July 1892 at the age of 14 years and 5 months. Her family lived at 1314 Geary street. Her parents were Philip N. and Carrie Aronson, natives of Liverpool, England. Evelyn graduated from the Girl's High School, San Francisco, California, in June 1895. She later attended University of California, Berkeley and graduated in 1900. Evelyn married Max Leopold Margolis on June 20, 1906. They had three children: Catherine, Philip, and Max Jr., and three grandchildren. She is buried at Mt. Sinai Cemetery, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
