Eleventh Edition, revised, published 1881 by Macmillan & Co., London. The first edition was from 1855. A collection of lectures, heavily annotated with footnotes, which fundamentally consist of long lists of words nobody knows, or nobody uses any more, or which people shouldn't use, or which people should use more. But lists. Lots and lots of lists. The scanned volume lacked boards, so I have started from the half-title page and ended at the last printed catalog page in the endmatter. Scanned at 600dpi, 24-bit color, then algorithmically deskewed and manually cropped to consistent page size throughout.
