The article, 'Dr. J. H. Clarke's Materia Medica' , is correspondence by Dr. Robert Thomas Cooper, in response to Dr. Richard Hughes criticism of Dr. Clarke's recently published first volume of A Dictionary of Practical Materia Medica , at the International Homeopathic Congress held in Paris, as reported in the previous issue. The article was published in The Homeopathic World: A Monthly Journal of Medical, Social, and Sanitary Science , Sept. 1, 1900, pages 427-429. Published by The Homeopathic Publishing Company, 12, Warwick Lane, E.C., London. Robert Thomas Cooper (1844-1903) quotes Sir William Robert Wills Wilde (1814/15-1876) and anonymous friend. Note: A transcription of Dr. Hughes criticism, published in the previous issue, has been uploaded to the Internet Archive, see 'International Homeopathic Congress, Paris, Thursday, July 19th.'
