The Real Property is the listing of any Real Estate owned by the person, this can help a researcher determine where the land was located and how many acres the deceased owned. Personal Property is a listing of all household items, barn items, animals, crops, and what it all was appraised at. It might also show if any insurance money was received by the heirs. All these items will be either taken by the family or sold at auction. The administrator of the Estate is listed, which will also lead a researcher to more records. The date the administrator sign the document my help a research determine the death of a person. The binding on this book is missing, however it is in fairly good shape. This book has an index and is 173 pages.
