These papers are dated from May 19, 1902 - December 3, 1903, *Please note that all of the pages included here have been scanned as double-sided. This was done so that researchers can see any notes or extra printing on the backs, as well as any other telling information. **Mentioned occasionally in the letters is a "Mrs. Georgia B. Trullinger" or a "Miss Badollet." This is the same person: Georgia B. Badollet Trullinger, Thad's wife. **Thad's older sister Isabelle marries Theodore Thurston Geer in 1900. Geer was Governor of Oregon from 1899 - 1903 - the same time period as these documents. **Thad's father, John.C. Trullinger, crossed the Oregon Trail as a young man in 1847, and became the proprietor of West Shore Lumber Mill. He started the Astoria Electric Company in 1886, which later became Pacific Light and Power in 1910.
