THE EGYPTIAN QUESTION. THE Criminal Sessions were opened to-day and adjourned till Monday the 27th. THE repairs to the Gutzlaff-Hongkong cable are now completed, and that at Amoy is again in circuit. WE learn that the Hon. W. H. Marah and Mrs Marsh left Oyprus for Hongkong on the 13th instant. TELEGRAM for Bangkok can go forward by mail closing at Singapore at 11 a.m. on 22nd inst. WE are informed by the Agents (Messrs Siemssen & Co.) that the D. D. R. steamer Hesperia left Singapore for this port on the 18th inst. THE EFFECT OF EATING SWEETMEATS. DISORDERLY "YANKERS".
