They were the daughters of Charles Lewis Chilver and Almina Elizabeth Chilver (nee Fulmer). They are standing in front of the Grier Apartments, 1755-1785 Riverside Drive East (formerly Sandwich Street). The Grier Apartments were designed by Smith And Walker Architects, and built for Charles Chilver, c. 1915. The Peabody Building is in the background.
