Paperback booklet held together with two staples in the left side. Cream colored covers that have "yellowed" over the years. Both covers show wearing along the edges, and have several spots and stains. The front cover has the title in a rectangle in the upper right corner, and a tall tree on the left side. The back cover is blank. Pages 23 - 30 are loose from the top staple inside. Some pages have parts of the picture or text ripped away. The houses are photographs rather than illustrations. 52 pages.
