Canada jurists scrapbook I

Scrapbook containing illustrations and brief biographies of prominent Canadian jurists. The subjects represented in the scrapbook served in British North America and Canada from the mid-1700s to the mid to late-1800s. The scrapbook consists of engravings and copies of photographs and paintings as well as handwritten biographies accompanying each illustration. Illustrations range in size and date and are mostly unattributed, as are the biographies. In addition, the scrapbook also contains three court documents, all from the Court of the King's Bench, Montreal, 1804.
