A scrapbook that includes photos, letters, articles and other documents concerning the Boll family and their grocery store business in Princeton, IA. Some items included are Selma Stadtmueller Boll's teacher training certificate and her teacher's contract for the Independent District No. 1 of Princeton, dated September 1924. Also included is a report of the "U.S. Public Debt" as of January 8, 1936, typed on H.W. Boll letterhead along with certificates of shares purchased by H.W. Boll for the "Community Building Company" which he eventually purchased for his grocery store. There is the story of Kenneth and Garie Perry who visited all the "Princeton's" in the United States, information about Merlin taking over Boll's Grocery Store from his father, and the transformation of the grocery store into a community center after Merlin retired and the store closed.
