Paperback booklet/magazine/catalog with two staples holding the pages together. The covers have color illustrations, with dark discoloration on the cream-colored background. The front cover shows a home at the top, with the year and companies at the bottom. In the mid-center is their "seal" that shows a couple working on their blueprints in a circle with words that go around them: "By Our Wonderful Offer, You Can Build Economically." The back cover shows two illustrations of furnished rooms from two house designs inside. All of the illustrations inside are in black and white. They got their start at the conclusion of the 1893 Columbian Exposition in Chicago and had the interesting distinction of being the company that destroyed the first, and very spectacular, Ferris wheel. With their success at destruction, which was reasonably profitable, the brothers turned their attention to what was rapidly becoming a booming business ... kit home manufacturing. Their first catalog was published in 1910. By 19
