Two-sided, folded cardstock folder for tracking "Health Habits" for students. The card was published and distributed by the Review and Herald Publishing Company in Michigan. This company was founded and operated by Ellen G. White and husband, who were very active members of the Seventh Day Adventist Church. He was probably in 8th grade in 1925 - he was 14 years old. He was born and buried in California, where his mother Millie Eloise Haub Moore was from. His father was Robert Floyd "Dixie" Moore, born in Iowa in 1885 and buried in Warrenton in 1938. Floyd "Dixie" was the manager of Dixie Bakery in Astoria, and was present when the bakery burned during the 1922 Fire in Astoria. The bakery was rebuilt across from the county jail on the SW corner of 7th and Duane Street. It burnt down again in 1938 and moved into the Fellman Furniture Store. Six months later, Dixie Moore died unexpectedly and his partner eventually built the Franze bakery building currently on Marine Dr. The passing of the patriarch may have been the cataly
