Brown will come from Marietta this morning to appear before Governor Slaton when the final Leo M. Frank Argument is called, and protest against the Appeal for Executive Clemency. The Hearing will begin at 9 o’Clock, promptly. The Frank Appeal will be submitted by H. A. Alexander and William M. Howard, the latter of whom will deliver the Argument. Moore, Head of the South Coast Detective Agency, in Municipal Court yesterday, for the Services of a Negro Detective alleged to have been used by the Frank Defense during the course of the trial in June, July, and August. The Suit Charges that Haas contracted with the South Coast Agency, the Headquarters of which are located in Macon, for the Services of Moore, himself, and those of a Negro Detective on his Staff, Joe Hightower.
