Washington, February 22.—(Special.)—Warren Grice, Attorney General of Georgia, and Hugh M. Dorsey, Solicitor General, reached Washington today to argue before the Supreme Court tomorrow the Appeal from the decision of the Federal District Court in refusing of the Federal District Court in refusing to Grant a Writ of Habeas Corpus to Leo M. Frank. It is expected that Henry C. Peeples, of Atlanta, and Louis Marshall, of New York, will argue the Case for the Appellant. C. Wheeler Mangum, Sheriff of Fulton County, is reported to have left Atlanta this afternoon to come to Washington to appear in the Court. There is no particular reason why Mr. Mangum should appear in person. He just wanted to come. There are three or four Cases already assigned for argument tomorrow when the Court reconvenes, and it is possible that the Frank Case may not be reached until Wednesday or Thursday.
