Frank Case. The final preparations of the State’s Case were concluded Friday afternoon. Some minor details will be made Saturday morning and on Saturday evening they will leave Atlanta for Washington. They will be ready and fully prepared, they state, to present the State’s side of the Case when it is heard before the United States Supreme Court.
