PDF PAGE 12, COLUMN 6 FRANK CASE DECISION MAY BE GIVEN TODAY A decision in the Leo Frank Case may be handed down by the Supreme Court today. The Court has been in session for days now, and it is expected that the Case will be decided on most any time. If the decision is favorable to Mr. Frank, the case goes back to the Superior Court, where Judge Ben Hill will hear the motion to set aside the verdict on its merits. If unfavorable, it will have the effect, according to lawyers, of taking the Case forever from the courts of Fulton County.
