PDF PAGE 1, COLUMN 2 WITNESSES SAID TO BE DEPARTING Reported That Several Who Figured in Alleged Perjury and Bribery Efforts Have Left for Parts Unknown. That some of the accused investigators and witnesses in the Frank case have departed for parts unknown, in the face of indictments that are being drawn by Assistant Solicitor E. A. Stephens, is the rumor that has reached the office of Solicitor Dorsey. An investigation is being promoted into the report, and a vigorous effort will be made to produce all persons against whom grand jury action will be taken. Dorsey would not talk of the rumor to a reporter for The Constitution yesterday, and neither would he divulge the identities of the people against whom accusations are being drawn for the grand jury. It has been talked for the past few days that there has been an exodus of a number bribery, coercion and perjury incidents that arose during the recent Frank case developments. The rumors impelled the solicitor to put a force of investigators at work to inquire into the reported situation. No Action Yet Taken.
