PDF PAGE 1, COLUMN 5 HUGH DORSEY SUED FOR $5,000 DAMAGES An aftermath of the misunderstanding that brought on a flight early in the summer between Architect Hal Hents and Contractor J. A. Winkles in the new home of Solicitor Hugh M. Dorsey came yesterday when the contractor filed suit for $5,775 against Solicitor Dorsey. Winkles claims that the solicitor owes him $775 on the house and that he should receive $5,000 for the slander and false reports which he says Solicitor Dorsey has spread in regard to him. In his suit the contractor also states that he was set upon and beat up by Architects Hents and H. B. Hammond, employed by the solicitor.
